In order to track the driver's location faster, we added automatic location sending to the MVP. But most drivers did not provide access to the location or provided it partially, which was completely opposite to our hypotheses. After conducting research and analysis, we added a reminder that it was time for the driver to send the location to the manager. This reduced the number of requests to the servers and increased the conversion rate of drivers sending locations.

These changes are likely intended to provide greater transparency, reduce mistrust associated with geolocation and increase user confidence in providing one-time location access and reduce the likelihood that drivers will not provide access to the geolocation service.
